1. Where do you ship to?

We ship across the UK and internationally to most of Europe and selected countries worldwide. Full shipping options are shown at checkout.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on the service you select - choose from Tracked, First Class, or Second Class at checkout.

3. How much is delivery?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and quantity of your order.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes - simply select a tracked delivery option at checkout to receive updates on your parcel’s journey.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify Payments.

6. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes - returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item hasn’t been opened or used. For more information please click here

7. Are your cards blank inside?

Yes - all our cards are blank inside, ready for your own words.

8. Do you offer personalisation or handwritten messages?

Not at the moment, but it’s something we may introduce in the future.
